STUDIO RULES & REQUIREMENTS
1. INSURANCE (COI) | | Commercial productions must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming | | RA Studio & Rental as Additional Insured ($1,000,000 general liability). | | Independent photo shoots require a valid photo ID and signed waiver.
2. SETUP & WRAP TIME | | Booked time includes load-in, setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Overtime | | begins 1 minute after reservation end and is billed at 1.5x in 30-min | | increments.
3. ACCESS & LOAD-IN | | Located on the 2nd floor with stair access via double doors. No on-site | | elevator. Please pack equipment cases accordingly.
4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING | | • Cancellations 48+ hours in advance: 100% credit toward future session. | | • Cancellations under 48 hours: Booking retainer is non-refundable. | | • Members: Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit that session's hours.
5. SPACE CARE & DAMAGES | | Return space broom-clean. Leave-no-trace policy. Renter is liable for any | | gear damage, wall damage, or excessive trash (minimum $150 fee).
